SHIPPING POLICY – URBANSTEPCO.
1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
At UrbanStepCo., orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order processing time: 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Once processed, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping time: 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country/region and the selected shipping method.
⏱ Total estimated delivery time:
Approximately 10 to 15 business days from the moment the order is processed.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
2. SHIPPING CONDITIONS
To ensure your order is processed on the same day, it must be placed before the carrier cut-off time, which is:
🕑 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Our team actively monitors shipments and will contact you if any issues arise. For this reason, it is essential that you provide a valid email address and phone number during checkout.
Special destinations

Deliveries to islands or remote areas may require additional transit time due to changes in transport routes or carriers.

In case of unforeseen shipping issues caused by customs regulations, import/export policy changes, or logistical constraints, UrbanStepCo. reserves the right to change the shipping carrier if necessary to ensure delivery.
3. DELIVERY TIME AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Shipping carriers operate Monday to Friday only.
They do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery dates do not take into account local or regional holidays at the destination. Only national holidays at the shipping origin are considered.
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we confirm that orders are generally delivered within a maximum of 30 days after processing.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package:

A second delivery attempt will be arranged.

If delivery is unsuccessful again, the package must be collected directly from the carrier’s local facility.
4. ORDERS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, absence, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package):

The order will not be refunded.

Any reshipping costs must be paid again by the customer.
